If you’re honest with yourself, the hurdle for doing the things that you want to, isn't a matter of finding the time.

What's needed is a change in your current belief system to determine why you’re not making the time for yourself, why it might mean that you *think* you dont deserve to feel good (hello self-sabotage) and learning systems to promote consistency.
Especially when you're caught up in the whirlwind of divorce, working your a$$ off at work, and parenting your parents, you're likely feeling exhausted, overextended, overwhelmed, stuck, and craving more than just fleeting moments of happiness and ease usually relegated to vacation time only.
All of that (plus the invisible work load that I know you have), gives plenty of opportunity for you to not prioritize taking care of yourself.
I get it.
Take it from me, I went from ZERO self-care, working too much, and taking care of everyone else first to a rock solid and consistent, effective, foundation of care that serves me mentally, emotionally, and physically. This allows me to show up in the other areas of my life.
