Sessions are designed to be experienced within the container timeframe to support continuity, integration, and steady nervous system regulation. For this reason, sessions must be used within the duration of the mentorship and do not extend beyond it.

While The Deliberate Practice provides consistent regulation and monthly breathwork, some clients benefit from long-form, private breathwork journeys to process specific experiences, transitions, or patterns held in the body.
