Our minds are bombarded with 2 million bits of data PER SECOND!

But our conscious minds can only process a mere 134 bits of that information.

So what happens to the rest?

How do we navigate all that data?

This is why I love helping women fortify their mindset and teach them about the intricate feedback loop of conditioning that shapes our reality.

Our brains have a remarkable ability to distort, delete, and generalize information, influencing our mental state, physiology, behaviour, and ultimately, the world around us.

Picture this:

—>You experience a downward spiral fuelled by negativity.

—>Anxious mental states lead to tense physiology, which manifests as distracted behaviour.

It's a cycle that can leave us feeling trapped.

But there's hope in the form of an upward spiral. By changing the meaning we attach to negative situations, we can shift our mindset and begin a journey towards continual improvement.

This requires reconditioning our brains, a process facilitated by our freedom to choose our thoughts and perspectives.

A key aspect of this reconditioning is squashing our limiting stories. Instead of being goal-oriented, which can sometimes hold us back in a cycle of perpetual failure, consider  a system-oriented approach. System-oriented individuals focus on the processes and routines that drive success, rather than fixating solely on end goals.

Think of it as a continuous cycle of pre-success failure, where each setback becomes an opportunity for growth and refinement.

By working with, rather than against, our reality, we can create mental maps that align with our aspirations and provide tangible proof of progress.

Remember, your mental map of the world is not the world itself. By recognizing and reshaping our interpretations of the 2 million bits of data coming at us daily, we can unlock new possibilities and create a course towards fulfillment and success.

So how do you get there, outside of working with me 😉, to accelerate the process?

  1. Practice Mindfulness and Awareness: Start by cultivating mindfulness and awareness of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. Create time in your day for mindfulness practices such as meditation, deep breathing exercises, or journaling. Pay attention to the stories you tell yourself and the meaning you attach to situations. By increasing awareness of your thought patterns, you can begin to challenge negative beliefs and reframe your perspectives.

  2. Define Clear Systems and Processes: Identify the systems and processes that drive success in your life. Whether it's personal development, career advancement, or health and wellness goals, outline clear steps and routines that align with your objectives. Break down larger goals into smaller, manageable tasks, and establish consistent habits to support your progress. Focus on the journey rather than fixating solely on end outcomes, recognizing that success is often built through 1 percent improvements and consistent effort.

  3. Embrace a Growth Mindset: A growth mindset three main components -resilience, adaptability, and a willingness to learn from setbacks. View challenges as opportunities for growth and development rather than insurmountable obstacles. Celebrate your progress and achievements along the way, embracing the process of continual improvement. Cultivate a sense of curiosity and openness to new experiences, recognizing that failure is not a reflection of your worth but an essential part of the learning journey.
