Here's how I work with you to meet you where you're at...

Each session is designed to be highly personalized and deeply transformative, and always with a touch of magic to guide you along the way. Here’s how I make sure that every session meets you where you are and takes you where you want to go:

Pre-Session Preparation...

- 24 hours before our session, you'll receive an intake form. This helps me understand your current emotional focus, your awareness of any challenges, and what’s most important for you to work on or resolve in our time together.

- After reviewing your responses, I create a custom breath work practice tailored to your specific needs. This ensures that when we access the subconscious through breath work, we can effectively plant new belief systems or override subconscious blocks.

During the Session...

- Focused Discussion for roughly 45 minutes...We begin by diving into the issue at hand, creating awareness, and gaining perspective on the subject. Together, we'll identify actionable steps that are realistic and easy to implement in your daily life.

- Breath work +/- 10-15 minutes... We close the session with the custom breath work practice designed to reinforce the new insights and strategies we’ve developed, helping you to solidify these changes at a subconscious level.

- Card Pull to add a touch of magic and universal guidance, I’ll pull an oracle card during our session. This card often provides meaningful insights or confirmation that aligns beautifully with the work we’re doing.
