Through breathwork, nervous system regulation, and subconscious repatterning, I help people move beyond stress, self-doubt, overwhelm, and survival patterns so they can show up differently in their lives, relationships, and work.

Your body will naturally release what’s been stuck — through breath, tears, heat, shaking, relief, silence, or deep stillness.
This is your nervous system finally completing loops it never had time to finish.
3. Pattern Rewiring
Once the body opens, we work with the exact pattern you came in for.

4. Reiki Integration
