I did the work. And I still felt stuck.
Five years ago, I started doing all the "right" things.
I built strong habits. I was eating well, journaling, meditating, staying sober, and thinking more positively than ever before. I'd clawed my way back from grief, trauma, and burnout using mindset work and sheer will.
But something still wasn’t clicking.
I had long stretches of "good days," but there was still a heaviness underneath it all. My body still felt on edge. I was still getting hijacked by low moods, stress, overthinking, and overwhelm.
It wasn’t until I began working with a mentor who helped me understand how deeply my nervous system was holding on to stress, trauma, and fear that everything shifted.
Breathwork and nervous system repatterning gave me what years of therapy, personal development books, and affirmations couldn't:
