4 guided breathwork sessions (one per week)
Weekly reflection theme + journal prompts

How It Works:
Once you register, you’ll receive a welcome email with a link to your intake questionnaire.
Each week, we gather for a live 2.5 hour session that includes:
Workshop-style teaching around the weekly theme
A guided breathwork practice to integrate the work
Community sharing time to reflect and connect
You’ll also receive a weekly check-in questionnaire to support integration between sessions.
