Let’s be real. It’s not that you don’t have the time.

You’re just not making the time.
You’re not making the choice to do something different, something better, for YOU.
There’s nothing wrong with that per se, it’s what and how you’ve always known. But that wont get you anywhere.
You’re letting external influences guide your energy and your days.
Putting everyone first.
You’re letting your mindset tell you that if you take time out for you, that you should feel guilty about it.
That you don’t deserve it.
That you don’t deserve to feel good.
This creates constant exhaustion, overwhelm, a short fuse, and an overall unhappiness with your every day life.
Wishing it was different but not knowing what to do first.
I’ve been there.
If I choose to scroll on my phone or watch tv instead of doing my nighttime ritual, it means I’m not actively choosing myself.
If I choose to not do that which is good for me, I’m actively denying what’s good for me and the part of me that deserves to feel good. This is a sign that my belief system in my self-worth and self-love needs adjustment
The truth that I need you to know is that….
YOU DESERVE TO FEEL GOOD.
You deserve to create the time for the things that increase your energy, that create resilience for you to handle whatever comes your way without relying on coping mechanisms that make you feel like shit.
When we work together, we bust through these current belief systems and empower you to make choices, set boundaries, and communicate them well.
The first step is acknowledging that you want better for yourself.
The choice after that is simple if you allow it.
You first.
When you do that, lead with that, everything becomes easier.
Your capacity to deal with your family, your work… literally everything, rests on your ability to care for yourself *well*.

Knowing how to gently call yourself out on your own bullsh!t
Knowing when to get out of your own way
When these foundations are in place, I promise you, everything feels easier.
Calm is inherent.
Confidence to execute your dreams is a steady.
Life feels good again.
