What if you…

Took a deep breath…

In through the nose,

Out through the mouth.

What if you softened the muscles in your face, around your eyes, around your mouth.

What if you relaxed your jaw.

What if you sat up just a little bit straighter.

What if you relaxed your shoulders. Let them fall down a little bit.

What if you pulled your shoulders back, your chest up.

What if you took a big deep breath, in through the nose, and really concentrated on filling up deep from your belly, letting it expand, expanding your rib cage, squeezing your heart centre and then exhaled all that stale air, negative energy and emotions flow out of your mouth.

What if you relaxed just a little bit further.

Relaxing your stomach.

Your arms, your hands.

What if you took another deep breath in and started to believe that everything was possible.

That you were capable of anything you wanted to do.

And what if you exhaled any deep rooted doubts that tell you otherwise?

What if you started to take back just 10 percent of the energy and time you put towards your job, your kids, your spouse, and directed that back to you?

What if you had the discipline to do that consistently and to do the things that made you feel great, even when motivation is hard to come by?
