What I see a lot of in the wellness space is that some are treating their business as a hobby. I take this very seriously. It’s not a hobby. It’s not a small business. I put as much into my business as the CEOs of multi-billion dollar companies, with FAR less employee power (actually zero). And I govern my sessions and delivery with my clients with the utmost care, importance, and by standards set out by the organizations from which I achieved my certifications.

As part of the core of my business, I regularly review and re-evaluate how, who, and why I’m in this space. My value system is to ensure that I’m of service to others, always providing next-level support, accountability, and real-time resources.
